Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct one-on-one and group English tutoring sessions tailored to students' proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials that are interactive and effective.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize multimedia tools and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Prepare students for academic exams, interviews, or general conversational fluency.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and learning goals.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS preferred).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning paces and styles.
