Are you a passionate educator with a flair for teaching English? English Cafe is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Freelance English Tutor to join our growing team in Semarang. As a premier provider of English language training, we pride ourselves on creating an immersive and comfortable learning environment for our students.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide students through our unique, cafe-style curriculum, helping them achieve their language goals in a relaxed, non-traditional setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality English language lessons according to English Cafe’s unique teaching methodology.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and supportive classroom environment for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their fluency and confidence.
- Prepare lesson materials and customize sessions to meet the specific needs of diverse learner groups.
- Maintain professional communication with students and center management.
- Attend periodic training sessions to align with the company’s curriculum standards.
- Ensure punctual delivery of all scheduled classes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in English Literature, Education, or Linguistics.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in teaching English is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Available to work flexible hours based on student demand.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Semarang.
