We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Facilitator to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Facilitator at PT Skole Catalyst Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in delivering educational presentations directly in classrooms, with the primary objective of educating students and converting them into potential customers or participants.

You will be responsible for creating an interactive learning environment that captivates students' attention and effectively communicates our educational programs or products.
Our ideal Facilitator is someone who can adapt their teaching style to different age groups, maintain enthusiasm throughout presentations, and effectively address student questions and concerns. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and contribute to the growth of our educational initiatives in the Kepulauan Riau region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations in school classrooms across the Kepulauan Riau region
- Educate students about our educational programs, products, or services in an age-appropriate manner
- Create interactive learning experiences that maintain student engagement and interest
- Address student questions and concerns effectively during presentations
- Work closely with sales team to convert interested students into customers or program participants
- Collect feedback from students and teachers to continuously improve presentation quality
- Maintain accurate records of presentations, attendance, and student responses
- Adapt presentation content and style to different school environments and age groups
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience as a teacher, trainer, or public speaker preferred
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage young audiences
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity
- Prior experience in sales or customer conversion is highly desirable
- Knowledge of educational content and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for school environments
