As an Activity Facilitator, you will be the heart of our community programs. You will curate and lead sessions that stimulate the mind, body, and soul, ensuring that every participant feels valued, heard, and entertained. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and lead interactive activity sessions tailored to senior participants.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment that encourages socialization among community members.
- Develop engaging content focused on cognitive stimulation, light physical activity, or creative arts.
- Monitor participant engagement and gather feedback to improve future program offerings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during all scheduled activities.
- Collaborate with the RUKUN management team to align activities with company values.
- Maintain records of attendance and program outcomes for periodic review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilitation, teaching, social work, or elderly care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proven ability to manage group dynamics effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design simple, high-impact activity plans.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is a significant plus.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule as required by the program calendar.
- Possess a genuine passion for serving and supporting the senior community.
- High energy levels and a positive, encouraging demeanor.
