- Develop, monitor, and manage the company's annual and monthly financial budgets.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Track operational expenditures and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Provide periodic financial analysis and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain systematic financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial administration or budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and budget management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
