Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure target band scores are met.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination trends and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students and administrative staff regarding lesson plans and scheduling.
- Create engaging lesson materials that enhance student participation and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum IELTS score of 7.0 (verified documentation required).
- Proven experience in teaching English, specifically in test preparation environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to handle classroom logistics and student goals efficiently.
- Dedicated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed in their international study or career ambitions.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
