Apex Sports Village is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Freelance Interior Designer to join our team in Badung, Bali. We are looking for a creative professional with a proven track record in hospitality or large-scale commercial design to translate our brand identity into a world-class physical environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the interior fit-out of our growing facility. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that every corner of our space reflects excellence, comfort, and functionality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for hospitality and commercial areas.
- Create high-quality 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings to visualize design intent.
- Select and specify finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furniture (FF&E) that align with quality and budget standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure all installations meet design specifications.
- Manage design timelines and project deliverables effectively to meet launch deadlines.
- Provide innovative design solutions to optimize space flow and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, specifically focusing on hospitality or large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in space planning, lighting design, and material selection.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local construction standards in Bali.
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage project phases autonomously.
- A keen eye for detail and a forward-thinking approach to sustainable design.
