Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the core operational team to execute strategic project goals.
- Lead and oversee operational projects within the Bandung area, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners to drive project success.
- Monitor daily operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management regarding project status and KPI achievement.
- Resolve on-ground issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operational roles or project coordination.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing team-based projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
