Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or Business Manager.
- Background in coaching, consulting, or digital agency environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Strong technical proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
