Tanggung Jawab
- Service and maintain laser printers and copier machines to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance routines to extend equipment lifespan
- Install, configure, and upgrade printer hardware and firmware
- Provide technical training to clients on proper equipment usage
- Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Collaborate with clients to optimize printer fleet efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Printer Technician or similar technical role
- Expert knowledge of laser printer/copier mechanics and electronics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid technical certification in printer repair preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation for client site visits
