- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to Primary, Secondary, or Junior College levels.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the MOE syllabus and learning objectives.
- Utilize Geniebook's digital platform to enhance learning experiences and track student progress.
- Mark assignments, quizzes, and mock examinations with detailed, constructive feedback.
- Mentor students to build confidence, critical thinking skills, and effective study habits.
- Collaborate with the Geniebook team to improve curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Chinese).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous teaching experience in tuition centers or schools is preferred but not strictly required.
- Possession of a valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, Diploma in Education) is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for education and a patient, approachable teaching style.
