- Coordinate and manage freight shipments between shippers and carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs forms
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipment issues and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in negotiating rates and contracts with carriers
- Utilize logistics software to manage shipments and maintain databases

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus
