Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight movements including booking, tracking, and documentation
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate with carriers to reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities
- Resolve customs clearance issues and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and financial transactions
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in freight coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CPL, CSCP) is a plus
