Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier management
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on shipment requirements and timelines
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to balance cost-efficiency with service level agreements
- Proactively monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or disruptions through strategic problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for client needs
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Strong proficiency in documentation systems (e.g., bills of lading, customs forms)
- Exceptional communication skills for client relationship management
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills for addressing logistical challenges
