Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipments and logistics solutions
- Coordinate with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and efficient freight movement
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients and stakeholders
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, shipments, and logistics activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services and business growth
- Stay updated on industry regulations, shipping procedures, and best practices in freight forwarding
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or freight forwarding operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in documentation and processes
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
