Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipments and logistics solutions
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and efficient freight movement
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork
  • Monitor shipment tracking and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients and stakeholders
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, shipments, and logistics activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services and business growth
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, shipping procedures, and best practices in freight forwarding

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or freight forwarding operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in documentation and processes
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
