- Oversee and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and clients
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of shipping documentation
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of freight forwarding specialists

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
- Proven track record of managing logistics teams and operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and transportation management systems
