Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import/export shipments
- Prepare and manage critical shipping documentation (B/L, customs forms, invoices)
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents for smooth execution
- Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients
- Resolve logistics disruptions and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Optimize routes and costs while maintaining service quality standards
- Liaise with internal departments to align operational timelines
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Proficiency in customs documentation and international trade regulations
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and logistics software proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
