Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of air and sea freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and Customs declarations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, overseas agents, and local transporters to resolve operational queries.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments and update internal tracking systems accurately.
- Handle cargo insurance documentation and assist in claims processing if required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (Air/Sea).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics software and Port Klang operations preferred.
