In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with large manufacturing plants, e-commerce giants including Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon Malaysia, as well as established trading companies. Your expertise in identifying and fulfilling logistics needs across sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and warehousing will be crucial to our success.
As a Freight Forwarding Sales Professional, you'll craft tailored logistics solutions, prepare competitive quotations, manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and meet sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with large manufacturing plants, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon Malaysia), and trading companies
- Identify and analyze clients' logistics requirements including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions
- Create and present customized logistics solutions with competitive pricing
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and generate new business
- Knowledge of the Malaysian logistics market and key industry players
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is highly advantageous
