Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding sales inquiries and provide accurate, timely quotations to international clients.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to secure competitive freight rates and space allocation.
- Analyze logistics routes and shipping requirements to offer optimal transport solutions.
- Proactively follow up on pending quotations to convert leads into active shipments.
- Utilize internal AI-enhanced logistics platforms to track cargo and manage documentation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the company's sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or international shipping operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage technology for decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Talisay City, Cebu.
