You will leverage industry-standard software, specifically CargoWise, to manage complex logistics operations, documentation, and client relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize CargoWise software to book shipments, track cargo status in real-time, and update relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve logistical challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, HS codes, and Incoterms to avoid delays and penalties.
- Handle and resolve shipping discrepancies, claims, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and file necessary import/export permits and documentation required by Philippine authorities.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate rates with service providers to optimize the company's logistics budget.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in CargoWise (or similar logistics management systems) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of customs clearance procedures, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with international clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or certification in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Administration is a plus.
