Join our dynamic logistics team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist (Air & Ocean) and become the backbone of our global supply chain operations. In this critical role, you'll manage end-to-end freight coordination for air and ocean shipments, ensuring seamless movement of goods while maintaining stringent service level agreements. Your expertise will directly impact client satisfaction through timely data entry into CEVA and customer systems, documentation accuracy, and proactive issue resolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into CEVA and customer systems per SLA requirements
- Coordinate air and ocean freight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Prepare and process international shipping documentation (B/Ls, invoices, customs forms)
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delays or discrepancies
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and agents to provide shipment updates
- Optimize freight routes and costs while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding (air & ocean)
- Proficiency in logistics software (CEVA, TMS, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., FIATA, CSCP) preferred
