Rikruut is seeking a skilled and experienced Freight & Logistics Manager to oversee our operations in Pekan Nanas, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shipping lines, trucking companies, and 3PL providers to optimize costs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and drivers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo, and resolve any logistical issues or delays immediately.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and safety standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve operational workflows, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement and production teams, to forecast shipping needs accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a strong understanding of road networks in Johor and surrounding regions.
