Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage air, sea, and inland transportation workflows to minimize costs and maximize service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tradelane partners and global carriers.
- Monitor and resolve logistics bottlenecks to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and service-level agreements.
- Maintain compliance with all customs regulations and industry shipping standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex transportation networks and tradelane operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and client expectations.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management Software (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
