Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all freight operations activities across Changi Point East
- Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Supervise and mentor a team of freight operations staff
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight operations management
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and freight forwarding processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics software and operational management tools
