In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ocean import operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods across borders. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will interact with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients, to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of ocean import shipments, from booking to delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary import documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely arrival of cargo.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any delays, demurrage, or detention issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP system and generate comprehensive reports on shipment performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and providing updates to clients regarding their cargo.
- Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Ocean Freight Import or logistics.
- Strong understanding of import procedures, Incoterms, and HS codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
