Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight operations including documentation, carrier management, and shipment tracking
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize transit times while maintaining cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to support freight movements
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Generate performance reports and analyze logistics data for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery confirmations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail
