Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end freight movement process, from booking to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries regarding shipments, tracking, and delivery schedules with professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and third-party logistics providers to resolve transit delays, damages, or missing cargo.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, shipment status, and operational logs in the company system.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding status updates and provide solutions for any logistical challenges.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in freight operations, logistics coordination, or customer service within the transport industry.
- Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in using logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
