Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end freight movement process, from booking to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries regarding shipments, tracking, and delivery schedules with professionalism.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations and third-party logistics providers to resolve transit delays, damages, or missing cargo.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, shipment status, and operational logs in the company system.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding status updates and provide solutions for any logistical challenges.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in freight operations, logistics coordination, or customer service within the transport industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in using logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
