- Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism.
- Supervise inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels for premium cafe products.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ambiance standards in the dining area.
- Handle cash register operations and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve operational processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or captain role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Deep appreciation for French cafe culture, cuisine, and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail or cafe environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
