Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate lorry scheduling and transportation logistics for fresh fruit brunches (FFB)
- Monitor and supervise workers during unripe FFB selection processes
- Execute quality control (QC) activities to ensure product standards
- Maintain detailed records of FFB shipments and quality metrics
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes
- Report operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in logistics, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in outdoor and fast-paced environments
- Physical fitness for field supervision tasks
