Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
- Assist with opening and closing duties including cash register reconciliation
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless customer experience
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers when appropriate
