- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt resolution
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Perform cashier duties, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications
