In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our studio operations, combining local knowledge with exceptional service to elevate every guest's stay. As a key team member, you'll handle reservations, manage billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Whether assisting with travel arrangements or providing insider tips on Bali's hidden gems, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries with local knowledge and problem-solving solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
- Handle billing discrepancies and financial reporting tasks
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years hospitality experience with front desk operations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in reservation management software (e.g., OPERA)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Knowledge of Bali tourism landscape preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
