As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the organization, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

In this critical role, your responsibilities will span the entire guest journey. You will manage front office operations, handle check-ins and check-outs, coordinate with various departments (Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B), and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. From upselling room categories to anticipating guest needs, your contributions will directly impact guest satisfaction scores and the property's overall reputation.

The company offers a competitive remuneration package including a Basic Salary up to $3,500, AWS (Annual Wage Supplement), and attractive OT pay. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate guest accounts and records.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel/resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, adhering to safety and security protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Service Officer in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a distinct advantage.
