- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and managing room keys
- Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and communications
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling and provide information about local attractions and services
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Seminyak and Bali area attractions and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
