  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and managing room keys
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and communications
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with luggage handling and provide information about local attractions and services
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
