- Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and managing seamless check-in/check-out procedures
- Processing payments accurately and maintaining detailed guest records
- Providing comprehensive information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for guest requests
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Operating hotel management systems efficiently (e.g., PMS software)
- Upholding brand standards through cleanliness, organization, and attentive service
Kualifikasi
- Previous front desk or customer service experience in hospitality industry
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and basic office software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- High school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of Lombok tourism and attractions is beneficial
