Tanggung Jawab

  • Guest check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of Seminyak area and local attractions is advantageous
