As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their stay and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive until they check out. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including the smooth processing of daily reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. You will greet guests with warmth, handle inquiries with professionalism, and assist with special requests to guarantee high levels of guest satisfaction. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellent service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process and maintain accurate reservation records and bookings.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding services, billing, and local transportation.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and offer effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, friendliness, and approachability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and keen attention to detail.
