As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about local attractions and services. - Welcoming and greeting guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handling reservations and room assignments
- Providing information about local attractions, services, and transportation
- Processing payments and managing cash handling procedures
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and preferences
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions and services in Bali is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
