Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with accuracy
- Coordinate with Guest Relations Officers to address guest needs promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Act as primary liaison between guests and hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance)
- Provide local tourism information and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and problem-solving
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality/tourism certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
