- Deliver exceptional guest service with warm, professional demeanor at all touchpoints
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and client inquiries with precision
- Handle cash transactions, billing inquiries, and payment processing accurately
- Maintain immaculate reception area appearance and functionality standards
- Collaborate with wellness practitioners and support teams for integrated service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for client health information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury hospitality or wellness reception roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in property management systems and office software (MS Office)
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in high-volume settings
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal etiquette
- Basic knowledge of wellness services and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
