Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests
- Maintain accurate front desk records and documentation
- Support revenue management initiatives through upselling opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/customer service
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
