Tangan Wellness Spa is looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our dynamic team in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier beauty and relaxation services, and we need a friendly, organized individual to manage our front operations seamlessly.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. We offer a competitive salary package of RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and greeting guests warmly.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the spa’s calendar to ensure no conflicts.
  • Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Female preferred.
  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
