Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with local information, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Front Desk or Reception role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Punctuality, professional appearance, and a friendly attitude.
