Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with local information, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Front Desk or Reception role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
  • Punctuality, professional appearance, and a friendly attitude.
