PT Rickisa Sea Adventures, a premier dive center located in the breathtaking Nusa Penida, Bali, is seeking a vibrant and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable experiences to global diving enthusiasts, and you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

In this role, you will act as the face of our dive center, blending professional customer service with a deep enthusiasm for marine tourism. You will manage bookings, coordinate logistics for daily dive trips, and ensure our guests feel welcomed from the moment they step through our doors until they return from their underwater adventures. If you possess a friendly personality, high organizational skills, and a desire to work in a world-class tourism environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide comprehensive information regarding dive programs, courses, and island tours.
  • Manage front-office administrative tasks, including booking confirmations, guest registration, and email inquiries.
  • Coordinate daily trip schedules and communication between dive instructors, boat captains, and guests.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk environment that reflects our brand image.
  • Process payments, manage daily cash flow, and generate end-of-day reports.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve queries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of guest data and equipment rental logs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably within the tourism or dive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • High proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and booking management software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tropical environment.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the tourism industry.
