You will handle a variety of inquiries, process reservations efficiently, and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and empathy to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Beyond the front desk, you will assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the property. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and registration processes.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback constructively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Assist in processing payments and managing financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must possess a valid ID card (KTP) and a clean criminal record.
