Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests or clients
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Assist with basic office tasks, including sorting mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field is preferred
