Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk operations, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with high levels of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Promote medical services and wellness packages to existing and prospective patients to meet sales KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling via our clinic management system.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from arrival to discharge.
  • Manage payment processing and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the clinic's reception area to meet high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or retail sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative software.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
