Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests and members with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed.
- Handle member check-ins, facility bookings, and registration processes using our internal management software.
- Provide accurate information regarding KYZN memberships, class schedules, and facility amenities to prospective and current members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area at all times.
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
- Resolve member inquiries or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Communications is highly preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by the facility.
