Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all guests, providing a personalized and professional check-in/check-out experience.
- Manage the spa appointment booking system, ensuring scheduling accuracy and optimizing therapist productivity.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and email correspondence with a high standard of professional etiquette.
- Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area and retail display space.
- Process payments accurately and provide detailed information regarding spa treatments, packages, and products.
- Coordinate with the treatment team to ensure seamless guest transitions throughout their service.
- Resolve minor guest concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure total satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, spa, hotel, or a high-end customer service role.
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian (additional languages are a significant plus).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, welcoming, and polite demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking management software.
- Ability to maintain composure and grace under pressure in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for the wellness, spa, and beauty industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
